1. Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every member who uses the r baji platform. By accessing the r baji website or creating an account, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

In these Terms & Conditions — "r baji", "we", and "platform" refer to the rbaji.run website and its associated services. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any registered or unregistered individual who uses any of r baji's services.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To use any betting service on r baji, you must first create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

Information required for registration:

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Email address (optional, but recommended)
• Preferred payment method

Account verification:

R baji may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time for security purposes. You may be required to provide a copy of your National ID or passport. If verification is unsuccessful, your account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

R baji's services are exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

R baji reserves the right to verify users' age. Accounts registered with false information will be terminated, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

4. Betting Rules

Please familiarise yourself with these rules before placing any bets on r baji. Following the rules will ensure a smooth, trouble-free experience.

Bet acceptance & cancellation:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed. However, the Cash Out feature may still be used.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, r baji reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is confirmed before the odds change, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

About turnover:

Turnover refers to the total amount you need to wager after receiving a bonus. For example, a 10x turnover requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must place BDT 10,000 in bets. Not all bet types count toward turnover — please check the terms of the specific offer.

7. Security & Fraud Prevention

R baji is committed to maintaining a secure and fair environment. Strict action will be taken against any form of fraud or dishonest conduct.

Prohibited activities:

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Providing false information to claim a bonus
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any form of automation
• Placing bets involving match-fixing or the use of insider information
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity

R baji monitors for suspicious activity. If fraud is confirmed, the account in question will be permanently suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

8. Responsible Gaming

R baji believes betting should be a form of entertainment, never an obligation. The well-being and peace of mind of our members are always our top priority.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Either party has the right to close an account, subject to certain applicable rules.

Account closure by member:

• Account closure can be requested at any time
• All active bets must be settled before the account is closed
• Any remaining balance must be withdrawn
• You can disable this by contacting support or directly through your account settings

Account suspension or closure by r baji:

• In the event of a Terms violation
• Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity
• If KYC verification fails
• By order of a court or regulatory authority

10. Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, r baji will always seek an amicable resolution. Steps for dispute resolution:

1. Step 1: Contact our support team and provide the details
2. Step 2: r baji will provide an initial response within 48 hours
3. Step Three: An investigation will be conducted if necessary (up to 7 business days)
4. Step 4: A final decision will be communicated and implemented

R baji's decisions shall be considered final and binding; however, either party may seek recourse through the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.

11. Terms & Conditions Update Policy

R baji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the platform following any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
